Alaudin Parchiev Biography

Boris Tersky with his identity and majesty Ancient Architecture of the Ingush has long attracted the attention of many scientists. Back in the middle of the 18th century, Vakhushti Bagrationi noted that the Ingush "are able to build from stone for lime and they erect houses, towers and fortifications from them." Miller; Already in Soviet times - L. Semenov, E.

Krupnov, M. Bazorkin, A. Robakidze and others. Ingush architectural ensembles - residential and combat stone towers, sanctuaries, crypts, religious structures - perfectly in harmony with the environment surrounding them. Despite the fact that they were erected from rough stone, they are very elegant and thereby indicate that the Ingush, in addition to the fortress and reliability, was very important aesthetics.

In those remote times, towers largely contributed to the preservation of the Ingush ethnic group, surrounded by more numerous neighbors. However, the time and cataclysms of the past did not spare the invaluable heritage of our people: architectural monuments are dilapidated every year, and only jewelry restoration will allow them to preserve them for descendants and connoisseurs of the beautiful.

But for restoration, huge funds are needed to pay for the work of specialists. And then caring representatives of the Ingush people from among entrepreneurs come to the rescue. One of them is Alaudin Parchiev, who took over the expenses for financing the restoration and conservation works of cultural heritage monuments in the Barkinha Barkino Tower Complex in Osig, located at the foot of Cy-Loam and consisting of 37 objects of cultural heritage of centuries.

Each monument is original and perfect in its own way, because they were built at one time, who at one time, glorified throughout the Caucasus of Tower Affairs, masters from the Barkinha clan. In an interview with the Ingushetia correspondent, Alaudin Parchiev talked about how he fell in love with these mountains and how the understanding of the need to preserve the architectural monuments that the whole world admire.

At that time, in these places there were no roads leading to our tribal villages. We had to get from the village of Kartz through Jayrai to Guli, and then in good weather, and then there were no more expensive. I remember that then the work on laying the railway, which was led by the well -known to all Mauli Barkinkhoev, was prepared. And only tractors and heavy equipment could drive along these roads.

In our car, we reached the final item for the entire day, laying two -meter wooden boards under the wheels. In rainy weather, we stopped for the night with local residents who, with great cordiality, received us at our place. The next day we continued the journey. For the first time, we reached our tribal towers in Osig, questioning the grazing large or small cattle of local residents, which were our guideline to tribal villages.

We returned from there inspired by what we saw, our rich history, pride in our fathers, our people and our land. Upon returning home, to Kartz, we shared for a long time and tirelessly with all our impressions. Unfortunately, the photographs of our towers on the film camera disappeared in those days disappeared during the events of the fall of the year.

As a student of the Faculty of History at the Soviet University, I showed these photos and told the story to my classmates, teachers, friends. We tried to promote our culture as much as we could do in Soviet times, and there were not so many opportunities. And life so happened that after 30 years I had the opportunity to take part in preserving the unique tower culture of my family, and I am very happy about this.

By the will of the Most High, this became possible, and I am grateful to fate, I am grateful to my Tip for such an opportunity. I myself saw these cracks, but it seemed to me that these are the consequences of shelling during the expulsion of Ingush to Kazakhstan and Central Asia in February. Plus, we were told that so far the local authorities have banned the restoration work on the towers.

But real anxiety about the state of the towers, the alarm that they are in a terrible state and that we can lose at any time that it is the subject of pride not only of the representatives of our family, but of the whole people, I felt, after communicating with the journalist Zaurbek Tochiev, who told about the situation in the turban region of the initiative group of youth, led by Vakhoy Barkinhoev.

In particular, I presented a certificate of destruction on the Barkinhu tower with the application of the photographic material of photographer Timur Agyrov and the representative of the yoke of Dzurdzuki Yakub Gogiev, where the process of destruction on the tower was shown over the years. For example, if in the year the stone on the pyramidal tower only twisted, then in the year it fell, and in the year the destruction of the first two plates of the pyramidal roof began.

I realized that there was little time and responded to Tip’s offer to representatives of a kind of financing conservation work on the Barkinha tower. I returned to my homeland and met people to tell them how I can help in this situation. The transferred funds for starting measures to preserve the tower were returned and expressed to me to personally lead and control the work on the tower.

Honestly, feeling how high the responsibility of this proposal was, I did not want to personally take up this work. Initially, thousands of rubles were allocated for conservation work on the tower.

And when I personally got acquainted with the condition of the tower, I had to increase funding. In addition, it was decided to restore and preserve three more towers: it was scary from the thought that these unique creations of our fathers could cease to exist, like our Tower in the Upper Osig, destroyed in the year. We simply have no right to allow this, as this will be a betrayal in relation to the memory of the ancestors.

It didn’t matter to me how much it would cost, every night is associated with anxiety for our centuries -old guardians of history. It should be noted that in the company of Magomeda Maloroev, very strong design specialists who have already prepared a project to carry out restoration work in Nizhny Ozig. Currently, the project has been submitted to the Office of the Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Ingushetia to obtain permission, after which work will be started to fully restore the combat and residential tower, the conservation of the cascade of the ruins of two towers, and the analysis of the rubble.

But only criteria such as “qualitatively” and “as close as possible to the pristine form” should be the basis of these works. Today, the total cost of the planned work amounted to 12 million thousand rubles. Project financing has already begun and allocated the funds necessary for the work. According to the contract and the draft work, all restoration work in the absence of force majeure circumstances is planned to be completed in the year.

Recently, for example, an earthquake happened, and each impetus is a threat to our towers. Therefore, every second is important to us, which we try not to miss from the moment when we launched the process of restoration work. We can say that entire pages of our history are threatened, which we have no right to lose. In addition, catastrophically small financing of the restoration industry, the presence of significant gaps in the legislation, an almost complete loss of the previously existing school of high-class restorers-all this also causes anxiety.

The preservation of architectural monuments is an extensive set of actions, which includes simple repair and conservation in the existing form, restoration and restoration of lost architectural appearance. These works are preceded by the most complicated research work on the study of the architectural monument and various historical and archive materials.

In the process of restoration, one has to deal with the most unexpected problems, to restore details from long -forgotten materials or made using long -forgotten technologies. Specialists should do all this. We will do everything possible to preserve this unique tower complex. How do you relate to the fact that each teip should take part in the restoration of its tribal towers, given that today the republic does not have the necessary financial capabilities to preserve monuments, which are more than one thousand?

Indeed, colossal funds are needed to preserve so many objects. And here teip should say their word. If you count on support from the side, we risk losing the towers, because time goes. But we do not have it, and the lost - not to return. Each teip, in which, of course, there are at least a few representatives with financial capabilities, should take measures to preserve the towers, realizing that without the towers we will lose a place where we can come and really get closer to the origins.

If I did not have the information that the young guys presented to me, maybe I would have connected to this work later. But their participation became motivating and decisive. My most important wish is the preservation of unity and consent in our teip and in society. Since this is the basis of our future and confident present. Public figure and businessman Alaudin Parchiev was born and raised in the village of Karts of the Prigorodny district.

He graduated from the History Department of the Udmurt State University. In the difficult conditions of the post -conflict period, given the significance of the issue of security in this situation, he participated in the creation of the Aushev security service, the leader of which has been for a long time.
