Personally met with dissatisfied salaries in the spring of last year, the employees of the Soligorsk trust "Remmontazhstroy" staged a spontaneous rally due to discontent with salaries. Belarusian leaders in such situations, as a rule, do not go to personal contact with the outraged, but make an ultimatum to them. The general director of Belaruskalia acted differently: he invited about two dozen people to a two -hour meeting and promised to figure out the problem and not leave people in trouble.

He participated in a sports festival on a par with other workers, having come there with his family in May of this year, a festival of “mega -open” was held for families of Belaruskali workers.
