For a long time, we were not lucky for a long time, then somehow the breakthrough occurred, and we had everything very well.

Until the fact that those who lost to us always remained our friends. And in "What?" It so happened that the team, which randomly developed in the previous game, began to play in the next. There the composition was very strange - Seryozha Tsarikov, Ira Golubeva and I. Then they played according to this principle - the team plays until it gives an incorrect answer. After that, she gets up and Voroshilov puts someone else in her place.

When I just got to the television program, several games passed, then they took the camera somewhere-they filmed the program on Betacam, and then there were few of them.

They are a magnificent game couple, and in life these are people who practically do not communicate with each other.I was lucky in this regard - I was invited to the role of the captain by Maxim Potashyv, we had a very friendly team, we went to this for a very long time.

For two or three years, players were changing, and by the year the composition that we supported for a long time was determined. We gathered together outside the game. It seems to me that when creating a team, the approach should initially be a game one: even if people do not like each other, but if they have a ligament in the game, this is very important. Ideally, of course, it is necessary that the team has good human relations.

We are adults and well understand that the game is a very small, albeit important, a piece of life, but this is still a hobby. The same Rovshan Askurov. And the point is not that I started playing with this team again - a lot of acquaintances arose thanks to the game. When I held telephone championships on "What? Plus, I traveled a lot to the cities, and not only Russian, each of them has, if not close friends, then very kind acquaintances, with whom it is simply nice to see and talk.

Do you have any preferences regarding two games? Because in Brane Ring, how to say it ... Kozlov leading the program Andrei Kozlov. Although I managed to beat him several times, because there was a team behind me. This is very important - when there is a team, you feel some support and confidence, but, again, the game takes place on the nerves.

It is clear that there is an answer, but you also need to have time to click on the button. Although I had very pleasant impressions about the television "Brane" because it was such a drive! True, playing with Voroshilov was more interesting. In addition, I was lucky to work with him in the editorial group of the Game television company. After that, I worked in many television groups, and, frankly, there was no better organization anywhere.

Voroshilov has always been so that everything was on schedule, and if it is said that at eight o’clock the start of the game, then at eight o’clock the first question should sound. And that's right. When I organize something, I usually do as it is spelled out in the schedule. And I am used to responsible for my words, so this is not pedantry absolutely.

There must be a certain accuracy. If you are told that the exam will be at 12 o’clock and at 12 o’clock you will start pulling tickets, you do not come to an hour. The same thing here. The more popular and significant a person is, the more this principle should be applied to him. They say: "Accuracy is the politeness of kings." It seems to me that this is an exhaustive answer.

The question is, what to call it is also pedantry. What role do you have in the team? I imagine that this is a kind of viscous liquid in which the details of the mechanism work and which does not allow metal with metal to contact and cause some kind of conflict. So it is with the captain - he must take responsibility. Unless, of course, this is a good captain.

For example, like Andrei Kozlov, who is ready to look like an idiot, but always stands for the team. This is a very important captain's property. And there are captains who say: "I am all in white, but this one answers." It is obvious to me - if the team has no answer, the captain replies. Or a person who can illuminate.

Sometimes you ask Potashyov: “Max, you answer? And if he says that he is not sure, then I answer, because I am the captain of the team. When he began to play Brane Ring, he tried to behave like a player, not as a captain: he sat, did not answer for anything, only gave versions. It was interesting enough. As for the role-“generator of ideas” or “open access”-probably there is something in these concepts, but I am not very friends with psychology.
