In October, the founders of the City without drugs were elected president of the Foundation Andrei Kabanov, who stated that the mayor of Roizman "was using the Fund for political purposes and it is necessary to stop it." The prosecutor demanded a complaint for the verdict for Evgeny Malenkin for 6.5 years with serving a sentence in a general regime colony.
