The biography of Imam Shamil
For oppressed peoples, he became a legendary personality, the personification of freedom and justice, like any outstanding personality, a great, tragic, contradictory figure. Dagestan gave him the greatness of the spirit. At present, when a deformation of the cultural and spiritual sphere has occurred, the devaluation of its moral security, depressing the lack of spirituality of the widest layers of our society and, first of all, youth, the Dagestan regional organization of Akhulgo celebrates the summer since the life of the Third Imam Dagestan-Shamil.
This will bring great benefits in the restoration of truth and good, will help people morally enrich themselves. To celebrate anniversary dates, to write about him as a real Dagestan, a talented commander, an internationalist, is just happiness. Shamil was not only an outstanding commander, but also a wise statesman. He destroyed the Khan and Bek titles, freed slaves.
Prohibited the use of alcohol, smoking. A high -educated person, with a variety of knowledge, Imam Shamil was an internationalist. He not only did not distinguish people on a national basis, but considered this to be a great sin in accordance with Sharia. He always said "all people are brothers." His appeal to the people said: “Let it be known to you that the inhabitants of all Dagestan, along with my children,” Imam Shamil always said: “Get out high, be modest, becoming strong, be merciful.” His authority was unshakable even among enemies.
He found spiritual power even in the irreconcilable conditions of the war to be merciful in relation to the Russian soldiers and their religion. He allocated the land to them, allowed to build a church, strictly observe the charter of his religion.
The centuries will pass before the image of Imam Shamil will bow to the world, because he was holy in his human dignity, fair, disinterested, incorruptible, and he appreciated conscience and honor more expensive than a woman. Imam Shamil did not belong to one people whose representative he was. Imam Shamil was the son of all Dagestan peoples. When many stigmatized him, and many high-ranking officials, holding on to their seats, were afraid to pronounce the name of Shamil, the lady from the village of Kuta-Kututa of the Lak region, Mariam Ibragimova, wrote the historical novel-trilogy “Imam Shamil”, in which she brilliantly described the tragic and heroic pages of the Caucasian War.
Her book, as many noted, for the Dagestanis is the same as the epic "War and Peace" by L. Tolstoy for Russia. Mariam Ibragimova with a pen in her hands for 30 years defended Imam Shamil from denigrating and slander. She was always sure that her hero would again take a worthy place among the titans of his era. Mariam Ibragimova, as the main keeper of the State Museum, Reserve M.
Lermontov, Nikolai Markov, returned to her people Imam Shamil, without making him an enemy of the Russian people. At the presentation in the National Library of the RD of the Roman-trilogy “Imam Shamil”, Veliky Rasul Gamzatov said: “To pay tribute to Shamil in the history of Russia, the Caucasus, Dagestan with brilliance, historically truthfully, with great love, conquering the insurmountable peaks and obstacles, our Mariam managed.
Her novel “Imam Shamil” is rightfully the best description of Shamil and the Caucasian War. Now many are trying to designate themselves next to Shamil. I would call them shamilers and shamieved people. So, Mariam was a real Shamieved. In Dagestan, we must perpetuate the memory of the Marias, name one of the central streets of Makhachkala with her name. No one wrote about Shamila of the work that Marias wrote.
I have eternal pain in my heart for not appreciated during life her humanity, love for Dagestan, for people. We were callous for her. This is unforgivable to us, ”said Aliyeva phase. Each of us living on Earth has its own measure of love. It does not depend on the age and gender, nor on scientific degrees, nor on appearance and well -being, but only from the heart that can absorb this jewel of the world.
Now we have become trifled, to lose pride in Dagestan and Dagestanis. Honesty and disinterested service to their people is a rarity. Now people are completely indifferent when they kill a minister, a religious figure or neighbor. In the best case, they begin to discuss what happened, with neighbors in the yard. Hundreds of readers who admired the novel “Imam Shamil”, wrote enthusiastic reviews about him, forgot about the writer after her death.
I think they cannot be accused of this. Now are the times. We became just callouses. Due to the fact that this year it has been celebrated from the date of the departure of Imam Shamil into another world, along with numerous events, as the deputy said. You can write and talk a lot about Shamile and his era. We, in Dagestan, have many talented writers, poets, historians, journalists.
I read the works of Professor R. Magomedova, Kh.But to write as brightly, reliably as Mariam Ibragimov, about the great imam and his era, as if she was constantly next to Imam Shamile, to collect so much material, to visit so many archives is unlikely to be of modern writers, journalists, historians. Roman-trilogy Maria Ibragimova “Imam Shamil” will always occupy a special place. Many more will write about the life and activity of Shamil, but will Maria Ibrahimova write better?
It would be good if the Dagestan regional organization of Akhulgo, along with new authors, reprinted the book of Maria Ibrahimova Imam Shamil, since it is almost impossible to find it in the store. She became a bibliographic rarity, they say, a book from published even in Iran and Iraq. Due to the fact that this year there is a flying of Shamil into the world of another, I turn to the respected director of Freedom of Speech LLC Gadzhimurad Kamalov, the chief editor of the newspaper Chernivik, Nadir Isaeva with a great request - to publish my article in the newspaper entrusted to him.
I think that the young leaders of Dagestan, my dear mayor of Makhachkala Amirov Said Dzhaparovich, the chairmen of the Akhulgo public organization will do all the possibilities to name one of the streets of Makhachkala by the name of Maria Ibrahimova. No one on earth brought Dagestan such glory and is unlikely to bring, like Imam Shamil. This glory, while the sun shines, will rightfully share the Maria Ibragimova.
