She was very seriously engaged in the history of domestic psychology, for many years scrupulously restoring the history of the study of individuality and the first studies in the field of genetics of human mental characteristics. These research had great moral significance. Thanks to her archival searches, many forgotten names and works of Russian psychologists of the late XIX - the first half of the 20th century were returned.

Inna Vladimirovna was a brilliant teacher. The first in our country, she developed a lecture course on psychogenetics and read it with G. Lomonosov, and later in other universities. Her lectures invariably attracted the attention of students and enjoyed very popular, as well as a textbook published under her editorship. With its active participation in the city, as part of the author’s team of employees of the Psychological Institute in Ravich-Shherbo, she was awarded the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of education for the study cycle on the topic “Russian psychogenetics as a field of science and academic discipline in higher education”.
