Without these qualities, it is impossible to be a specialist in his field. This time we talked with the head of the information and analytical department of the Belenergo GPO Alexander Malkov and found out what place the energy occupies in his life, why it is necessary to educate the population and what to do if the house has disappeared.

I graduated from the Molodechno State Polytechnic College with a degree in Electric Technician. The practice took place at the factory, where my working path was supposed to go. However, having worked at the factory for 4 months, I realized that I want to continue professional activities only in electric networks.

Firstly, the power engineer is not the main production at the plant, it always performs auxiliary functions. Secondly, on the forefront in the city you can work either at a power plant or in electric networks. There is no power plant in the youth, so the choice was not large, ”recalls Alexander. Nevertheless, the final choice of my profession was adjusted by parents. They said that radio electronics are now not held in high esteem, but the energy engineer would always find a work for himself.

At one time, I even considered the option of entering the radio engineering institute. Who knows, maybe fate would have developed differently-would become a programmer, for example. My parents are associated with medicine. However, in years, they did not want me to continue this family dynasty. The choice took place in difficult times. These were poor years E, uncertainty, inflation, salaries in the country, so parents completely dissuaded from medicine.

After the technical school, 5 months from April to August, I worked in the Molodechno electric networks by an electrician, after which I entered the day department at the Polytechnic Academy in Minsk. Given the red diploma of the technical school, upon admission, I was offered to take an interview, which included 3 exams in the specialty in the same day - “Electric machines”, “Mathematics” and “Electrical engineering”.

So I entered Polytech. During my studies and in the summer, on the holidays, I worked as a Monter in the ZhES, at the factory and in small organizations - I replenished my work book with an electrician experience. Only one work seduced there-the dispatch: firstly, it is connected with management, and secondly, it is very intellectual. This work required a certain character warehouse: people who were prone to cunning were not linger. The profession required self -control, clarity, confidence. Of course, this work was accompanied by huge risks, however, it brought the experience a colossal one.

I immediately had to work a little in the operational-travel brigade, then the assistant manager, to undergo an internship and duplication to the position of the dispatcher and after passing exams in the specialty to stand up for a responsible operational post. This is a kind of drive in everyday life. Someone is climbing the mountain, someone is engaged in a parkor, if he does not have enough adrenaline, and I had so many adrenaline at work that no parkour was needed.

In total, I worked in cable networks for 9 years, of which 8 years as a dispatcher. In the process, approximately in the year, I began to write articles on energy: I shared my experience, raised topical questions, talked about what could have been interesting to people. At this time, I met the Energobelarus portal. I wanted to destroy the stereotype that power engineers work only during accidents.

The accident is not the main work, it is an additional unpleasant bonus to work. The main work is to maintain and maintain the optimal regime: switching to withdraw the equipment for repair, on the commissioning of it from repairs, and repairs. This work can be compared with the driving of the car: the driver's main task is not to taxi from the accident, but to even be a car according to the rules of the road not only in even high -high, but also on difficult turns.

I would like the energy sector to see that the profession is appreciated, and that consumers of electricity realize that this work is difficult, it is carried out 24 hours a day. If light is on in the house, then at this time several tens of thousands of operational and repair personnel are working at stations and electric networks. Only the operational remains at night. My articles saw, read, found out. Over time, a situation has rushed when to write, talk about the work of the energy system, about its activity has become an everyday necessity. Moreover, it is not easy through the newspaper, the site, and also in some other ways. So, I was invited to work at Belenergo. She came out of a popular Belarusian site with a visual rate.The article, which later received its continuation, in an accessible form talked about “who is to blame” smiles.

In the first material, step -by -step instructions were proposed up to relevant phones, depending on living in an apartment building or in a private house, as well as in cases where interruptions in the supply of electricity occurred at the enterprise. To a greater extent, the article was designed for residents of large cities. Both materials caused stormy, but positive discussions. But the most sign in terms of further fate was the article “Reform of Belarusian Energy.

In addition, one of the most interesting projects in life has recently become participation in the work on the feature film “Hold on to the Clouds” - about the team of electricians of high -voltage lines. He was very interested in the theme of a difficult profession of power engineers who work on top. This topic is also close and interesting to me, so I was invited to work on the film on the script, on the elements of the production.

I helped with advice and became a consultant to the picture. It was very interesting for me to plunge into the world of cinema, look from the inside, how the feature film is being made. From the filming of the feature film “Hold on the Clouds” he himself went through one episode through the shooting of ten takes a single -minute scene, felt the difficulty of working as a crew.

I would like to devote more time to the picture and creatively challenge some points in the script. But I myself understand that sometimes in the cinema it looks not like in life. Do you feel a lack of thrill now? To some extent, I can identify it with my previous work: exactly my current activity is also divided into 2 parts-“emergency” and planned. The planned one is when in the current mode we need to report on the work of the energy system - to prepare all the news of the day about current activities, important seminars, technical meetings on topical issues, international meetings, provide methodological assistance to regional representatives, respond to the requests of media representatives.

We can say that my current work helps my colleagues to engineers: they receive fewer calls, which means that they have more time left to engage in their direct activities. But my current work is already more team than the previous one. If the dispatcher independently commands in his operating zone, single -handedly makes decisions and takes all the responsibility for myself, now I am working with a team of professionals, which I was lucky to lead.

Perhaps we are the first “shield”, but we do not close all thousands of calls that enter the dispatch services. At this stage, we are more likely the first line between media representatives and energy. Many citizens traditionally call the dispatching services of electric networks, to Energosit, but some prefer to receive information from Belenergo through various sources on the Internet, social networks, today it is there that it is possible to find answers to many topical questions.

I can’t say that during my work I managed to make an information revolution, but some positive shifts in this direction are still noted. For example, regions began to work: in each area of ​​the regional energy system, a representative appeared that is responsible for the work of public relations and the media. All this became possible thanks to the understanding and support of the leadership of Belenergo represented by General Director Yevgeny Olegovich Voronov.

Which, like no other, clearly realizes the challenges of time in all directions: both on the technical re -equipment of the energy system and the information support of the activity. The policy of our department is that the people responsible for the media be most informed and prepared as possible, they should have a direct connection with colleagues by operatives from the regional dispatch service.

How it will be carried out - through SMS, by e -mail or by phone the messenger, it does not matter, it is important that it be operational. While we were talking about, I received a message that in one of the cities some consumers were violated by power supply is looking at the phone. As for adrenaline, he did not disappear, he became different, his intensity decreased, but the range of feelings increased.

Say, a breeze in the Vitebsk region has passed - it is a regional scale, informing on the consequences of which for the energy systems can organize on the spot in Vitebsk. But if the wind affected several regions, this is already a republican scale, this can and should be told about this at the country's level. For current work, in addition to the main website of Belenergo and the sites of each Oblenergo, where you can draw reliable information about any significant event in the country's energy sector, we in Minsk and each regional energy system leads pages on Twitter, Facebook and other social networks.

First of all, understanding in the broad sense. We do not strive to force, to convince consumers to love us, regret or sympathize, we want the population to understand that the work of power engineers is important, complex and responsible. In addition, I would like to have a real republican Call Center, which is responsible for informing the population on all energy issues, connecting to networks, violations in work, calculations, but for now, as I have already noted above, in each of the regions of Belarus, one person who is responsible for public relations and the media is working.

Unfortunately, I think this is not enough. For a country that does not have sufficient energy resources, this option is the most optimal. The Belarusian nuclear power plant, the city of Ostrovets yes, many people like to appeal to the fact that BelaES is a completely Russian project, like nuclear fuel, which will subsequently be used at the station, but this is fuel, unlike gas, has a long expenditure after one load.

Therefore, the construction of its own nuclear power plant is the departure from the instant closure of the "valve". I want to wish the courage in the implementation of the most ambitious projects, determination in the introduction of innovations and the desire to constantly improve, study. The main components of success and achievements in the energy sector are the collective work of professionals more than 60 people under the management of competent leadership.
