The defeat of the collective farms led to the emergence of unemployment, and as a result of this, more and more people in search of work went to the cities. The result was a reduction in the number of children in kindergartens, students in schools.

This problem is relevant at the country's level. Some measures and actions taken earlier, for example, payment of maternity capital for the birth of the first and second child, providing each child with a place in kindergarten, could not significantly change the situation. I began my duty in the role of the head of the executive committee of the district by bypassing villages, acquaintance with local schools.

At the present time, in rural schools, all conditions have been created for good knowledge - they are repaired, equipped with modern technology. All conditions have been created in order to give a quality education and diligently educate students. We are looking for ways that will reduce the shortage of personnel. Regarding the level of study, we discussed this with teachers and set ourselves the following task: the level of education in schools should not be lower than the city.

For example, rent an apartment or build your own house for a young specialist is an impossible task. Otherwise, young experts would not object to the regions and villages. What is the position of local authorities in this regard? When I first came to Muslyumovo by invitation, the issue of finding an apartment arose with myself. The people who want to come to the area in particular, I mean teachers, doctors first of all, the following question comes to mind: “Will there be an apartment? Is wages high? If this project is successful, others will be organized, because training is a paramount task.

The modern generation is different: girls are more often interested in not only the person himself, how much his financial situation. And to the guy’s proposal about marriage, questions immediately arise about his work, whether he can provide his family with money and shelter. When you create a family, you need to pay attention to all aspects. Life in market conditions requires money. Women want to live in abundance, be able to take care of themselves, look beautiful.

Modern girls are different. Guys are still not against working on equipment. Some girls, even despite the lack of education, specialization, are in no hurry to work at a farm or factory for the production of milk and dairy products. Although salaries are no worse than city ones. Muslyumov enterprises "Agromaster", "August", "Tugan Yak", entrepreneurs invite young specialists and workers to themselves; Ready to train professions.

Young people leave not because they do not like the village, otherwise they would not return here every week! We need to do a great job to destroy this belief. Prior to approval to this position, she passed a large test to the commission of the Ministry of Education of Russia. But village children are very curious, they speak without hesitation, ask what interests them. I especially felt this when I took part in the event “Life Lessons”, prepared by students of the 10th grade of the Muslyumovskaya secondary school named after Gabdulla Tuka. Preparations for such “lessons of life” begins already in grade 5: meetings of students with the heads of various enterprises and organizations will not pass without a trace.

In rural houses of culture, songs of song and dance, circles of different orientations are organized. We pay special attention to the participants in volunteer movements. For the robotics section, we bought new robots and soon saw the result: at the republican skill competition, the Muslyumovo team took 1st place. Our guys also take an active part in volleyball competitions, basketball, hockey and national wrestling.
