In the workshops, we pitching our ideas and searched for topics, what to shoot about. After the studies, a course project was waiting for us. There is definitely a useful moment in this - the master immediately explains that it will work, what is not, what will be interesting for the audience, and what will definitely not be interested. But it was hard: my hands went down and I began to think, suddenly this is true not for me and should not try.
Especially when there are a lot of creative people around, everyone succeeds and their projects are already taking well -known companies. At first, it was difficult for me to and scary to get all the stories and emotions, to bring any ideas. But the first thing I understood is impossible to be afraid. The second important point is the quality of attempts. When you read the text, you can see how much time a person worked on him.
If you came up with and wrote the text in half an hour - this is visible. The uniqueness of history and unexpected turns in the plot come to mind if you spend enough time to search for ideas with the team. You can’t hack. If in other universities you can write a term paper per night, get an assessment and close the session, then it will not work here. The idea for a course project should be cool.

A year later, recovered. The school already had a new format with online lessons. I was very supported by the fact that the groups had tutors who asked students the pace and regularity, supported, always prompted the answer to any question. The tutor gives feedback and stands between you and the master - it spurred to work, and not to be one on one with his ideas. At the beginning of my studies, I faced the fact that it is difficult to work with some people, even despite their talent.
I picked up a team for a long time, looked for my people and found them outside the school. The three of us worked with two scriptwriters, and such a work was very supported and allowed not to be blown away. How the idea of adapting the book came one of my new colleagues worked in the book business and proposed an idea with the adaptation of the book of a modern author.
We wrote and rewrote the draft again, and then I brought the idea to Mikhail Vrubel-it was a synopsis for one page-and the master finally said “yes”. For a full -fledged pitching, I developed in detail the tritte - a complete presentation of my project with references. It was the most rehearsed performance in my life. After the pitching, the guys from the course wrote to me what a cool idea.
As a result, the project went beyond the scope of the school: a well -known film studio became interested in it and took it to production. When you protect the project, this is only the beginning. Ahead of about two years of work cannot be relaxed. This is a comma, not a point. Drama is a separate skill that must be developed in itself, spend hours, write and rewritten.
You will not write from the books you read better in a week. Every week we wrote draft, every weekend called, exchanged life stories for the plot, ruled, discussed and worked hard. Our horse is constancy. I needed the number of attempts to understand what came in and what not. Now I have pumped, I have a team and understanding where and how to move.
