Note: a member of the working groups in the negotiation team, as part of the Eurasian integration, the journalistic fate pushed me with Ruslan Sultanov at the dawn of the creation of the Customs Union, when to discuss problematic issues in both Kazakhstani capitals, and then full halls of entrepreneurs, officials and journalists gathered in the regions.

Even then, I was bribed by the perfect openness of Ruslan to everything new, the willingness to listen and hear, discuss and cooperate. Today, the head of the Center for the Development of Trade Policy is more restrained, but is still passionate about his own work. We are often going to discuss a number of interesting issues in several areas, to conduct a brainstorming. V: It turns out you live at work? After all, often new offers appear unexpectedly. There is an idea that you either immediately write down at home, or at this time you sit at work. V: Regarding the brainstorming, recently came across an experiment of colleague-pirus workers.

They decided to find out how adrenaline affects creativity, and arranged two assault on the runway-one before a parachute jump, the other after. In the second case, there were more ideas. We also organize something like that, but not so extreme. Last summer they went to play paintball, there is also adrenaline, one might say, it goes off scale. And I note-in breaks, one of the colleagues immediately begins to discuss working issues.

The team is young, enthusiastic, and someone will come back to work. Without this, V, V, cannot think for a day: work in the center of development of trade policy is complex and often not clear to everyone. How did she attract you?

And see the final result. V: For example? When they talk about him, they often understand markets, bazaars. And all. To the surprise of many, a trade policy, in fact, is an economic policy. We started with the issues of joining the WTO, this work continues now. In the year, when the process of creating the Customs Union was activated, my colleagues and I directly participated in consultations with business, in negotiations with colleagues from Russia, Belarus.

Then there were negotiations on the creation of a single economic space, then, when the Customs Union has already earned - to create a free trade zone. That is, we had such a lively direct process, and we always saw that we can, having studied experience, consulting with business, help them defend our interests. There are results. It's nice. Many at work criticized the Customs Union in the year, because they did not know what duties would be, and so on.

And exactly one year after the big round of consultations with business in Almaty, at a round table on TS, some associations raised the protocols that I personally signed with them a year ago. They admitted: even a year before the creation of the Customs Union, we knew what tariffs we would have. I was very pleased that people evaluated this work, they saw the result. This, probably, makes sense of work that attracts.

Because you know that you can change something, leave your mark in a certain story. Moreover, the main task is not to earn any glasses. No, you just do everything possible, depending on us, so that the manufacturers of our country, no matter how loud it may sound, have the opportunity to function in new conditions, in conditions of rigid competition. V: What do you think, how long will negotiations continue?

Because it is not enough just to create something, it is important to maintain and develop the created. No one will do our work for us. Manufacturers, state bodies and we, analytical organizations, must constantly improve, make something new. And I say to my colleagues in the center: I am not interested in the results of the past. We must every year, every day to make something new, move.

Because as soon as you stop, stagnation begins, there is no development. And if we live like that, then our country will not shine, we should always go forward, only then we can get the result. And the higher the results that we get, the more our desire to move on should become. The best result is the one we will achieve tomorrow. And at work, when you see the results, you like to do this.

It attracts very much. You constantly have some new ideas. Of course, not all ideas will be realized due to certain circumstances. And here the main thing is not to give up. Not today, so tomorrow or the day after tomorrow you will achieve your goal. The worst thing is when a person works without enthusiasm. If you look at a number of sociological surveys - up to half of people can negatively perceive their work.

There is no interest in her, and this is bad. V: Do you have this?Of course, each person happens to certain life difficulties, but when you set you big tasks, big goals - you will strive for them. This is the most important thing - you need to live a positive, you need to go forward, and not stop and regret yourself. From this, there will be no sense in either you or anyone else.

V: You breathe and live with your work. And how does your family feel about this? And the family is the rear, this is a place where you feel good, comfortable. Family is what gives you calm. And in order for the family to look confidently into the future, the man must work, he must completely surrender to work, including forgetting about himself and the family. I am sure-you want to create conditions for your family, if you want to achieve something-work.

And if you lie on the couch, no one will do anything for you. V: It turns out to do something with the family-to relax, do? But I try to find the opportunity to be with children. My son is fond of chess, periodically we arrange chess battles. And he already wins. He is more than a mathematical warehouse of the mind, but his daughter is a creative nature. She sings, draws, dances, and sometimes arranges for us home concerts.

And again a little about work. The Trade Policy Development Center was created at the end of the year, since the creation I have been working here. I saw all the stages of its formation, worked in different positions, we can say that I am inextricably linked with the center and this is also a kind of brainchild. My children are six and nine years old, and it turns out that the center is somewhere in the middle.

V: And what are you fond of - except for work? I like swimming. In addition, for two years we have been a team, we have been engaged in football with the guys. In the Ministry of Economics and Budget Planning, football tournaments have been held more than once, and our team, in which I play, although I have not won the title of an absolute winner, but three times became a silver medalist of tournaments.

But this is even good - we have something to strive for, and this makes us be tougher, including to ourselves. That is, we have a sports, mobile, creative team. V: Creative? V: Presentations of what? Each employee will tell about his work. By this we work out presentation and oratory skills through a small competition, competition. In order for everyone to wake up, cheered up, forgot that they have everyday routine, and thought about something else.

Because you can’t stagnate, you need to be able to switch. Otherwise, everyone gets tired due to the high pace of today's life. V: Will you participate yourself? I myself have to work a lot in the information area, participate in various programs on television, conduct explanatory work with business - that is, I have to work out my skills at a different level. I want the team to have a pool of people who can calmly perform, in different languages, will be able to brightly and affordably convey their thoughts.

V: Why not organize seminars, courses for journalists? We are preparing to work more actively with the press. The government set the task - to inform the public to conduct weekly briefings in the format of the Central Communications Service. But we understand that here we need to not only inform, but also conduct trainings about what trading policy is, what integration is, what a customs union is, what is the Eurasian Economic Union.
