Siavush Novruzov biography
Vusal Aliyev about personal and state wool: I don’t know the reminder of Siavusha to Novruzov whether I managed to find life in difficult labor and concerns of the state and citizens, the reusable deputy of the Milli Majlis Siavruzov to find the time to watch the Gaidaevsky filmmaking “Caucasian captive”. But there was a phrase that became very popular: "And you do not confuse your personal wool with the state." Good and still relevant phrase.
And it was Mr. Novruzov that confirmed this. It was at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis. In the course of which, as the chairman of the parliamentary committee on regional issues, Siavush-Mialim made an evaluative judgment. He claims that Azerbaijan is among the developed European countries. I immediately note that from the parliamentarian, which “invented” such a culinary-military weapon as “Molotov’s cutlets”, and even more so before the speaker who managed to find a whole KGB in the United States, one could expect any thought of thought.
But here, whatever one may say, the topic is painfully painful. Accordingly, any attempt to hang noodles on the ears of citizens, making statements on this subject, are perceived with a sense of deep displeasure. Indeed, in almost all indicators of Azerbaijan, it is strongly lags behind the leading European countries. And not only from them. We inferior to Norway, Sweden, and even Denmark, whose population is half as much as ours.
Moreover, in terms of all indicators, including GDP per capita, and minimal, average salary and pension. It should be completely inconvenient to become Novruzov if someone tells him that Azerbaijan is inferior even to three Baltic countries in terms of average and minimum salary and pensions. Or maybe we have the level of medicine the same as in leading or not even leading European countries, like the same Poland?
No, far from that. And in terms of education, we are all behind them all, as Neftechi from the Madrid Real Madrid. Plus, Mr. Novruzov is probably not aware of what huge problems Azerbaijan citizens face when trying to get to these very leading and not very leading European countries. To get a visa to one of the European countries, Azerbaijan citizens need to collect a huge package of documents, including a certificate from the place of work, an extract about the bank account, and so on.
Nothing of this needs to be collected by citizens of Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. They have a visa -free regime with European countries. That is, citizens of even far from developed European countries, one of which is completely located near our state, use comfort in terms of traveling much more than Azerbaijani citizens. But citizens of the countries of the Old World also have an option of employment not only in their own country, but also in any neighboring one.
It is very difficult for Azerbaijanis to employ a job in leading European states. Then what did we “catch up and overtake of Europe”, as Siavush-Mialim states? It is difficult for me to answer this question. But there is a version. It is possible that he, who has a diplomatic passport and receiving a high salary of the deputy MM, simply does not know what the country's citizens live.
He looks at everything from his bell tower. Like, if I, a former physical education center from the NAR, live comfortably and satisfying, then everyone lives exactly in Azerbaijan. Alas, so far this is not so. The average Azerbaijani is far from the living standards of Siavush Novruzov.
I still advise you to watch or revise the film "Caucasian captive", where the beautiful phrase of the hero Frunzik Mkrtchyan sounds.
