Why did not work in other areas, because there are strong enterprises everywhere? But they live and work in the area, so they want to make it better. In Leninsky, they became my main assistants. With many people I did not know before, we are now friends of families, one has become the godfather of my daughter. In the near future I plan to meet with the board of directors of Kopeisk.

I will try to build the same relationship with them. Now they have some fears. They do not know what to expect from me, they think that a person came to unite Kopeisk with Chelyabinsk, we are always trying to run a little ahead. It is important to understand what exactly the inhabitants of Kopeisk will receive from this association. If the benefits, we must unite. If nothing - why? This should be decided by people themselves.

So far, the tasks of uniting two cities before me are not worth it. I will look at the work of each employees. Professionalism is important to me, as well as attitude towards people. In some issues, I agree with him, some would have decided differently.

And I am absolutely sure that the inhabitants of Vakhrushevo, miner or railway still do not care who will make them roads and lighting. This person will be considered a penny. What do you want to do during this time? If you say globally, then the purpose of my arrival in Kopeisk is to make it a city in which it is comfortable and pleasant to live. And for this you need to fill the budget, attract investments, create new jobs.

For many, Kopeisk is associated with its center. But there are 34 more villages, each of which was injured from the closure of mines. It is necessary to make sure that people living in villages do not feel divorced from civilization. In my opinion, Kopeisk successfully went to close the mines and was able to remain the city that is developing. This is the base with which you need to work.
